PRIM STRINGS was founded in the 1940´s by Gunnar Fröjel in Stockholm Sweden. He was a cellist that had difficulties finding good strings during the second world war and therefore started to make his own strings. He started to sell them to his colleagues in Swedish orchestras and the company was formed.
