  Nero Fittings & Fingerboards - Ebony Substitute

  New fittings and fingerboards made from a sustainable material, with the appearance and properties of ebony.

  The Nero material is made from eucalyptus paper and thermosetting resins. It is pure black and mimics the finest Madagascar ebony. It is hypoallergenic and not susceptible to humidity or temperature change. The surface is impermeable to sweat and body fluids and therefore very easy to clean.
